The Eccotemp FVI12 Indoor Liquid Propane Tankless Water Heater is one of the most advanced indoor models of the Eccotemp tankless line. Rated at 4.0 GPM with a temperature rise of 38 degrees and 74,500 BTU per hour, the FVI12-LP can meet your hot-water needs! Eccotemps advanced 0.7 GPM low flow ignition technology allows users to enjoy endless hot water without experiencing cold spots. Manual temperature controls allow the temperature to be set and regulated at the front control panel, and not your sink or shower. With our upgraded Product Control Board performance and an all-new gas modulating valve, consumers can experience best-in-class temperature performance with a price anyone can afford. The FVI12-LP has a 110/120-volt UL listed power cord that powers the internal Exhaust Fan, Digital Display and PCB. The FVI12 has been tested for use at elevations up to 2000 feet. Installation and use of the Eccotemp FVI12 above 2000 feet may affect overall product efficiency and performance. Installation and use of the Eccotemp FVI12 above 5000 feet is not recommended.
